The Jigsaw Puzzle machine allows for a quick return on investment.
The machine can cut puzzles of varying sizes and numbers of pieces.
The roll cutter machine weighs 55kgs and has dimensions of 560mm x 370mm x 370mm.
Method of Use.
1. Power up.
2. Adjust the height according to the thickness of the puzzle material, adjust the set screw at the rear, adjust the height and then tighten. Turning the adjustment handle to the right side reduces the clearance between rollers and turning to the left increases it.
3. Prepare the puzzle material. Firstly, reveal part of the special paper as shown in the right figure, align part of the photo to ensure accuracy, and then, remove the special paper completely and apply the photo firmly by hand.
4. Lift the rear cover of the puzzle blade and place the puzzle material and the photo to be cut together with the buttom plate so as to align the cutting line.
5. Insert the photo and puzzle blade upside down.
6. Press the foot operated switch to operate the machine and gently push the puzzle blade towards the roller .
7. The puzzle is cut as the puzzle blade passes under the roller. Open the puzzle blade the right way up and remove the finished puzzle.
8. Pack the finished puzzle.
Its as simple as that!!!
